Project Graduation is a community-sponsored program.
We need hundreds of parents and community members to be successful.
Preparations for this year's Project Graduation are underway, but we need help
in a number of areas—Fundraising committees such as, cookie sales, candle
sales, Tailgate breakfasts, Rice Harvest Festival, as well as committees to help
with advertising. Now is the time to think about the role you can play in adding to
the success of Project Graduation! No special talents are required, just a
desire to work on this rewarding project. Every person matters and every bit and
piece of time donated counts!  We encourage all parents of KHS Seniors to
volunteer. It's a lot of fun! Support the Class of 2009 now! Your future graduates
will have the opportunity to celebrate in this exciting (and safe) way.

Volunteer Opportunities:

1.        Cookie Sales (during the school day)
2.        Rhodes Spirit Sales at Katy games!!
3.        Breakfast with Santa !! Cimmarron Elementary on Peek
         Rd.        
4.        Bass Pro "Gift Wrap" (2 dates: Dec 6 & 7 and Dec 20 & 21)
5.        Sales @ Various Locations : Katy Tiger Ornaments, Candles,
         Pasta, Fruit Bars, etc.
6.        Silent Auction and Dinner (Major Spring Fund raiser!
         Need lots of help in various ways)
7.        Katy Rodeo Carnival Tickets (exploring detail on what this
         is)
8.        Restaurant Fund raiser options (need leader to set up and
        oversee the opportunities to hold 'eat out' fund raisers.
        Possibilities are Potbelly's, Double Dave's, Pizza Duo,
        Chick-fil-A, Pizza Inn, Chuckee Cheese...and many more)

Matching Donations

Project Graduation is a "501c3 Tax-Exempt Organization." This means that not
only are your generous contributions tax deductible, but if your company or
business has a matching donation program, Project Graduation can benefit
with an additional gift. Check with your HR department and see if they offer
such a program. If so, simply send in your company's matching donation form
with your own donation check and we'll handle the rest.

financial support from the school budget.
